A complaint email template is the format in which we make a complaint by writing an email to the concerned person. The complaint email is an official email so the format needs to be corrects and should mention the name of the person to whom we are complaining and also the designation of the person. In case we are making a complaint outside the organization we work, we have to mention the name of the organization.

I believe that you will understand that such behavior won’t be accepted and I request you to look into this matter.
